Diwali Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Diwali Giveaway ("Promotion") organized by CreatorBook.in ("Promoter", "we", "us", "our"). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
This Promotion is open only to legal residents of India who are 18 years of age or older. Our employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on September 28, 2025, and ends on October 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM (IST). Entries received after this time will be invalid.
3. How to Participate
Purchase any package ("Basic" or "Kit") from CreatorBook.in during the Promotion period. Each purchase will automatically grant you one (1) entry into the giveaway. There is no additional fee to enter the giveaway.
4. Prize
The prize for the giveaway will be one (1) Surprise Gift.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
5. Winner Selection and Announcement
A list of all eligible participants will be created. One (1) winner will be selected from this list during a live session on October 21, 2025, at 9:00 PM (IST), using a certified digital random tool like Google Sheets. The selection process will be completely fair and transparent. The winner will be announced on our social media channels and contacted via email or phone.
6. Important Disclaimer
This giveaway is being organized to celebrate our brand's first Diwali and to thank our customers. It is purely a promotional activity.
Budget and Prize Condition: The distribution of the prize is contingent upon the profits generated during this Promotion and our budget. We promise to make our best effort to provide the best prize to our customers. However, if at the end of the Promotion our budget does not permit the distribution of the advertised prize, we reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or lesser value or to modify the giveaway. If no profit is generated from the Promotion, the Promoter also reserves the right to cancel the giveaway. No participant can legally compel this decision, as this giveaway is not a lottery or a form of gambling in any way.
7. Legal Regulations and Jurisdiction
This Promotion is subject to the applicable laws of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes related to this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
