Common Problems और Solutions

OTP नहीं आया — क्या करें?

2 मिनट wait करें। अगर SMS न आए, "Resend Code" click करें। फिर भी न आए तो "Voice Call" option choose करें — call पर code बताया जाएगा। DND activate है तो Voice Call से ज़रूर आएगा।

"Phone number already used" error आ रहा है?

एक phone number से केवल 2 channels verify हो सकते हैं। अगर 2 already हैं, तो किसी family member का number use करें। या पुराने verified channel को unverify करें।

Custom Thumbnail option verify के बाद भी नहीं दिख रहा?

Page refresh करें (Ctrl+F5)। YouTube Studio → Customization → Channel → अगर thumbnail option नहीं है तो 24 घंटे wait करें — कभी-कभी delay होता है। Cache clear करके try करें।

Feature Eligibility page नहीं दिख रहा?

YouTube Studio के newer interface में: Settings → Channel → Advanced Settings में जाएं। या directly youtube.com/verify URL try करें।

Verification expire होती है क्या?

नहीं — एक बार verified होने पर permanent रहता है जब तक आप phone number नहीं बदलते। अगर number change हो तो re-verify करना पड़ेगा।
